Monograin provides creative photography and videography services including:

Wedding photography and videography
Elopement sessions
Engagement sessions
Couples sessions
Other related creative media services

The exact scope of services will be agreed upon in writing (e.g., proposal, invoice, or contract) prior to your project or event date.

Booking & Payment

A retainer or deposit may be required to reserve your date.
Remaining balances are typically due before final delivery of photos, videos, or other media.
Payment details, deadlines, and accepted methods will be specified in your invoice or contract.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Retainers or deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If you cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible.
Additional rescheduling or cancellation terms may be outlined in your signed contract.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate information when booking services.
Ensure we have access to venues, locations, and necessary permissions to perform our work.
Communicate any special requests, restrictions, or timing needs ahead of time.

Copyright & Usage

Monograin retains the copyright to all photos, videos, and creative work produced unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients receive a license to use the delivered media for personal or business purposes as outlined in the project agreement.
You may not sell, alter, or distribute our work for profit without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure high-quality results, we are not liable for:

Delays or failures caused by events beyond our control (e.g., weather, venue restrictions, equipment failure, illness).
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our maximum liability will not exceed the total amount paid for the services.
